Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports apparel or footwear you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original shoe box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
